CONDITIONS OF PROCUREMENT OF ACTIVITIES
To confirm the reservation it is necessary to make a payment and sign, the remaining part to be paid will be settled on the day of the activity.

If a group cannot attend the activity already booked, they must inform at least 24 hours in advance, otherwise PLAY BRAVA SL reserves the right to refund the reservation.
In case of cancellation of the activity by the customer, he must communicate this by email to [email protected] providing his full name, reservation number and an account number to make the refund.
The activity can be canceled due to rain, or wind over 40km/h, in these cases, PLAY BRAVA SL will inform you and the activity will be postponed for another day or you can request a refund of the payment and sign.
It should be borne in mind that participating in the “YELLOW HUMOR TRAIL” requires a minimum physical condition. This activity is not advisable for those people who suffer from cardiovascular problems or chronic diseases that limit the normal functioning of the body.
The minimum age to participate is 7 years (accompanied by parents/legal guardians during the activity).
Groups from 16 years of age do not need to be accompanied by adults, but parents/guardians must consent to their participation by means of a document that will be signed at the start of the activity.
